Doyle was such a fantastic character with amazing potential. His humor, his fascinating background and connection to the theme of redemption, his budding friendship with Angel, and his chemistry with Cordelia were all reasons that I fell in love with him in the nine episodes he was on the show.
I have to admit that Glenn Quinn’s own incredibly sad...

I think the thing that broke me up the most about Doyle’s death was the fact that he had changed so much over those few episodes. He’d become such a better person and he brought humor and brought the group together.
I remember going to IMDB right after that episode (you know the one) and hoping that he’d maybe come back in later episodes somehow.
